We were vacationing on Marco and ran to Naples for some Five Guys. Five guys was amazing, however, as we parked we couldn’t help but notice this place right next door… So after Five Guys we went here for dessert. The gentleman working couldn’t have been friendlier!! He offered to give us samples if we weren’t sure what we wanted. He did not rush us and was very patient and helpful. I had the strawberry cheesecake, my wife had the strawberry, it was AMAZING!! We then went back 3 days later when our family arrived, and went in with Seven people including 3 children 2, 4, and 5. Again, the same gentleman was working, and he was so nice and patient… Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back!!

Highly recommended place! My dad and I were looking for a good coffee spot, and we were so happy we found The Gelato Shop. The coffee was delicious, and the cannoli was fresh and very good. Gustavo’s attention was excellent: very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. We’ll definitely come back!

We’ve been here a few times already, and every visit has been amazing. The gelatos are delicious, with such a great variety of flavors to choose from. What really makes this place special is the incredible service and the warmth of this hardworking family-run business. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive, and you can truly feel the care they put into both the customer experience and their products. The location is also excellent and very convenient. We will definitely continue coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great gelato!

Found this quaint little Gelato Shop on Collier Blvd in East Naples. The place was clean, and lively with a great atmosphere. The decor was beautiful and the selections of Gelato were perfect! The person who served us, who I think was the owner, was friendly and kind, and gave us her full attention. Needless to say, we have found our favorite Gelato Shop!

Driving down Collier Blvd and just ten minutes earlier I commented to her that I wanted some Gelato. As we came upon Verona Walk, she say, hey look, Gelato. I moved over two lanes to get to The Gelato Shop. We are both glad I did. It just opened and what a great selection of flavors. I sampled two and then settled on the Chocolate and Dulce de Leche. It even comes with a waffle type cookie on top. I thought the serving amount was very in tune with the price. Met Gustavo, the owner. We chose to sit inside and the interior is very comfortable and they obviously put a lot of thought into the space. Oh, and the bathroom was spotless, which is always my measure of how much they care about their business. Only 15 minutes from our house. We'll be back!!
